Charles Conn

Charles is the former Warden of Rhodes House, the global CEO of the Rhodes Trust and the Rhodes Scholarships. His career has spanned time in Silicon Valley as a technology entrepreneur and working as an environmental foundation manager and grantmaker. He sits on the boards or advisory committees of Patagonia, the Arcadia Foundation, the Oxford Internet Institute, and the Atlantic Salmon Foundation. He was formerly a Partner at McKinsey & Company.

Sophie Chandauka

Sophie is an Executive Director and CAO of Morgan Stanley's Legal and Compliance Division in EMEA. She was previously Head of Group Treasury (Legal) at Virgin Money and Senior Associate at global firm Baker McKenzie. Sophie is a recipient of many industry awards and has featured in the Financial Times and Sunday Times. She is Co-founder and Chair of Judges of the Black British Business Awards.

Roy Bahat

Roy is the Head of Bloomberg Beta, a venture firm investing in the future of work. He was Co-founder and Chairman of a venture-backed startup (OUYA), as well as an executive at News Corporation. He was named one of Fast Company's Most Creative People in Business. Roy is also a lecturer teaching media at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He has served in government, non-profits, media, corporate, and startup roles.

SWATI MYLAVARAPU

Swati Mylavarapu is a Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in its early-stage investment group, where she focuses on digital health and consumer technologies. Previously, Swati worked at Square where she was responsible for business operations and strategy for Canada and Japan. She has also worked as the head of sales and client services at Quid and as a founding member of Google.org.
